Rachels’s place is just lovely. The location is better than we expected. We were close to everything. The kitchen was very modern and functional. The house feels bigger than it is. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open, so the person in the kitchen can see and hear those in the living room. We were all adults but this would be wonderful for kids. There are three bedrooms, in a line, on the right side of the house. So one bedroom is off the living room, one off the dining room, and one off the kitchen. The first two bedrooms share a lovely bath. The bath has a door on the on the toilet and shower, so another person can use the sinks. The third bathroom is off the kitchen, across from the third room. The front of the house has a sunroom with a daybed. My niece loved it. The lay out works really well. Although it’s a block and a half off State St., it’s very quiet. We heard nothing at night. I would not hesitate to book. It’s a darling house in the perfect neighborhood.

The location couldn’t have been better—just a block away from all the shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet still quiet and comfortable. We especially appreciated the toys, games, and books that were available for the kids—it was such a thoughtful touch and kept them entertained during downtime. Location, Location, Location! It's pretty much a 5 minute walk to State Street and downtown action. This space was great for our family of 5. Rachael had very thoughtful activities and games for the kids to play and the place was very spacious in addition to being squeaky, squeaky clean. There were plenty of amenities for us to use and we were able to utilize that big kitchen. The kids got to go in the hot tub and enjoyed the avocado tree. I think if you're planning a Santa Barbara trip with your kids this is definitely the place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that's within walking distance of the beach. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. We were traveling with a toddler, and Rachael had gone the extra mile by providing toddler-friendly utensils and plates, as well as toys to keep our little one entertained. Those thoughtful touches made our stay even more comfortable. What truly stood out, though, was Rachael herself. She was incredibly proactive, responsive, and communicative throughout our stay. She checked in to make sure everything was going well and sent timely reminders about important details like check-in and check-out, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We were in town for a wedding weekend and had an amazing stay at La Maison. The home was spotless and incredibly well maintained, which made us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, close to wedding events and everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The layout of the home was spacious and thoughtfully designed, giving all five of us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the stay comfortably. It was also very well stocked with all the essentials and little extras that made our trip easy and convenient. The complimentary bottle of wine was such a thoughtful and pleasant surprise! The beds were extremely comfortable, and everyone slept great each night.
