Hi, I’m Rachael Quisel (rhymes with Ms. Frizzle). I’m a Santa Barbara founder and Workflow Consultant at XRAY Automation. I work full time as a Workflow Consultant but my path to becoming a builder started with my boutique hospitality business, La Maison. Hosting a thousand guests a year took 20+ hours a week until I automated my workflows. I cut that number down to 5 hours (while still netting six figures, annually).

But the real win was that automating La Maison sparked a career I love. I found the thing I wanted to spend the rest of my life doing: design, build, ship, audit, and debug automated systems to help businesses succeed. So, I signed up for a bootcamp and changed careers. It was one of the best life choices I’ve ever made.
